I believe you're talking about MaxTerm.  If Scott had trademarked "Max", he
would be able to stop the infringement, but since it's "Maximus" that's
trademarked, there's not much to say about it.
(If you search the internet, you'll also notice there's a company called
"Maximus Computers" too, so...)

Not here.

Probably.  Since I hatch Maximus utils with a replace in the MaxFDN, any
names duplicated by the MaxTerm author will just get stomped on anyways.
(Which is a good reason to keep your MaxFDN incoming separate from your
general "BBS Doors" type areas.)
