   In Texas, the act of entering when a sign is posted constitutes criminal 
tresspass, a class A misdemeanor if carrying a weapon. In addition to 
whatever you get for that, your CHL ticket is suspended. 
 
   I just go on my way when I seen a sign and spend my money elsewhere.
