EPM 5.51a is not 32-bit. The E-MLE control is in fact a 16-bit
  control in version 5.51a.

Although there is (obviously) a 32-bit E-MLE control (for EPM 6.03),
I'm *still* waiting for a publically released API so that I can use
it. Since you have DevCon 9 and I do not, I'll ask you. (-: Has the
32-bit E-MLE Developers' Toolkit been included on DevCon 9 ?
