You should address yourself to your compatriots who came-up with that
disaster. You will not find a single message from me "anywhere"
expressing support.

The use of "000", "00-0", "0-00" and
"0-0-0" at the beginning of the phone-field is irresponsible and
may lead to criminal prosecution of certain individuals if a serious enough
mishap occurs, and we all know that errors will happen.

Zone-2 was the first-one way prior to 2000 to introduce it in the nodelist
as a test-phase with its series of 2:2/3xxx nodes. At the end of the
IP-testing and after remarks of ZC3 these entries were removed. Something
like a year later they were re-introduced in Z1 by David Moufarrege on
request by Bob Satti. The Z3-plea to please not do this was disregarded and
remains so till this very day. Congratulations for failing to co-operate
which such a simple and clear request as the one by Malcolm.
