I think that last sentence defines oxymoron.

I've mentioned before, about a neighbour. Oddly, a week after I broke up a
fight between their next door neighbour and them, I saw the missus gloating
about in the front yard. Later that day, up goes the handicap sign in front
of their house.

Like you, I'd *like* to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I doubt she
anything else but greedy, and vindictive.
