COLUMBIA ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION BOARD VISITS MARSHALL

     Media representatives will have the opportunity to cover the 
arrival of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB) at the 
Signature Aviation facility, Huntsville International Airport, Friday, 
Feb. 14, at approximately 8:30 a.m. CST. Media must be in place by 
8:15 a.m. 

A media pool of one still, one video, and one print reporter, selected 
by interested media organizations, will have the opportunity to cover 
the arrival of the CAIB at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), 
Building 4200 entrance, at about 8:45 a.m. CST. The pool must be in 
place by 8:30 a.m. CST. Media also may cover the CAIB departure from 
Signature Aviation, expected Saturday morning at approximately 8:00
a.m. CST.

The CAIB is visiting the MSFC to learn more about the Space Shuttle 
work managed there. 

TO ATTEND: News media interested in covering these activities should 
contact Jerry Berg, MSFC Media Relations Department at: 256/ 544-0034.

The media pool should report to Gate 1, Martin Road exit at South 
Memorial Parkway. Please allow adequate time to clear security 
(approximately 30 minutes) at the gate and travel to Building 4200. 
All vehicles are subject to security search at the gate. News media 
will need two photo identifications and proof of current car 
insurance. Visitor parking is available in front of Bldg. 4200 on the
