Taurus... Russian brew too.

Reads the information from multiple locations in a nodelist entry... both
POTS and IP (supports more IP functions than any other mailer ever made). 
For dual listed nodes (IP -and- POTS) it will attempt IP first by the order
of the IP flag listed (assuming the order listed as the order of
preference) if the server is running then
fall back to POTS if it's not or can't make an IP connect.

It -is- currently under continuing developmenet and there is an echo with
the tag "TAURUS" where both users of the software and the author
(Alex Shakhaylo {at} 2:461/700) as well are quite active.
