subject: Telnet

I'm moving my BBS from dial-up to DSL and I've hit a slight snag. I can
get a Telnet connection and the BBS will run using Netmodem/32 Alpha
3 (unregistered) and ADF fossil driver. The problem is Netmodem -
unregistered doesn't allow file transfers and since the program is no
longer supported I can't find a site to register the software. I've
tried earlier versions of Netmodem but they lock up my system (Windows
'98SE and I would have the same problem, they are unregistered). I've
also tried Gamesrv but Telegard isn't happy with that and locks up while
loading. I know this `problem` is solvable and if someone could point me
in the right direction I would be forever gratefull.... Thanks

Jim
