Very likely, but I think that is a completely different problem.

As I understood it, Glenn McCorkle was telling me that the reason
I could view the directory allocated by my ISP for my homepage
with Netscape, but not with Arachne, was due to a fault with the
ISP's FTP server, and not a fault with Arachne.

It's an odd point of view...
