Anyone here know of a `point' program that works with Windows 10?

I'm wanting to get set up as a `point' off a sysop's system but most, 
if not all, of the older `point' programs don't seem to work with this 
new windows version. 
And neither Windows 8.1 OR Windows 7 would work with any of them either.
