I tend to agree with Geo that teaching users what to do may be the best way
to go. However, if you are really keen, try a Google search for words from
the following (which you can run - case sensitive):

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /?

There is also a utility in the resource kit for manipulating printers, but
I believe that printui.dll is the way to go.
