        I'm a registered owner of Parsons Technology It's
Legal (CD-ROM, Version 5).  The application does have a
"consultant legal instrument" in it, which can be tailored
for just about anything, and still CYA on whatever state
your in.  For the price... I still believe that Parson's has
the best product for the buck.  Good luck.
