I would love to know your sources on the matter concerning the LDS of 
Oklahoma. 
Are you talking about individuals or the Church as whole? I am LDS and I know 
that the Church does not get involved with govermental issues such as 
politics 
and lobbyists. I think that you need to be sure that it isn't just a small 
group of LDS members and not the Church as a whole. Also it could be other 
groups who call themselves Latter-Day Saints. Please check this out before 
you 
lump the Church in with a small group.
Also I am adopted and lookimg for my B-mom and B-dad so I know the 
frustration 
concerning closed adoption.  So I am one for opening records to us too. But 
being LDS is also very important to me too.
