But if you want to play it by zone, then fine with me too.
 
Your "standard" with 89 occurences (but way less sysops than
that) is not present in:
 
* Zone-2
* Zone-3
* Zone-4
* Zone-5
 
In zone-6 there are some 5 sysops in that case of which 4 are certified
ghosts. That leaves you as the onlyone, great to describe that as "a
standard practice", and you're completely out of place there.
