Obama submits that largest budget in history ($3.83T), the largest
projected deficit in history ($1.56T) and then brags about cutting $20B (1.3%
of the deficit and .5% of the budget).  The left will find a way to blame this
on Bush. I am waiting to see what they do when they must raise interest rates.
