W2Kserver can be a client server in an NT4 domain but the PDC and BDC must
run NT4 or you can't have an NT4 style domain. If you upgrade the DCs then
you end up with AD (and you can't mix a NT4 PDC with a W2K BDC gotta be all
one or the other)
