Barbara,
BH> sprouted food still being "Alive" as in not dead, not cut or
BH> harvested, as in still having viable life force in the sprouted
BH> seeds, beans, peas, grains, whatever!!! They mentioned "chi" as in the
BH> oriental word for "lifeforce" and things started to click in our
BH> minds (Ed took martial arts for years) and this sounded like a plan.

(This one you can probably get at the health food store)
BH> Hey, you use spirulina don't you? What brand are you using? I used the
BH> Earthrise and then ran out and bought some Petvision. I didn't
BH> care for it much. It didn't mix as well.
I use the kind that comes from the health food store that is bought by the
pound. Unfortunately they are no carring the powder any longer...only the
flakes. I also use kelp, in powdered form. What are you mixing it with. If I
use it in the formula, I add it to the formula before I add the water. I
don't
use much since the formula is already complete. Also, when I was talking to
the woman at the store about the sourse of Spirulina she got right to the
niddy griddy and referred to it as "pond scum". I am also beginning to think
that wheat grass might be better.
If you can get them I highly recommend these two books.
