VA C++ seems to work fine with FixPack 16 if you turn the HOVER HELP off
for the button bars, otherwise it gets a stack overflow and resets the
system....
Its actually a problem with the Open Libraries, since our code does the
same thing (using the button bar library and hover help). Otherwise, I've
encounter
no further problems and have installed the fix pack on thirty machines that
have been using it for a few days. We are also connected to LAN Server and
Internet directly... All changes have been improvements.
Try: SET PM_DYNAMIC_DRAG=ON in your config.sys if you want your Windows to
repaint as you move and size them (with FP 16 installed).
