Apparently your congressperson thought that billions of dollars shouldn't
be taken from taxpayers and distributed by federal government fiat.  But
when it was done ANYWAY he apparently thought that it would be better for
his constituents to get SOME of it back rather than NONE of it.

Nah, of course you don't.  So, instead, let's test YOUR hypocrisy.  Actual
hypocrisy.  Do you remember when Clinton said that he wanted campaign
spending controls passed into law?  Do you remember when he added that
until it WAS passed and thereby applied to EVERY candidate, he would not
UNILATERALLY limit his spending?  Do you remember when you were defending
his position and proclaiming that he was NOT being hypocritical?

Nah, of course you don't.
