Probably the best thing to do is talk to a local sysop, who can look
at the seenby's of a ScanRadio message and see if he see's any he
recognizes as being a bbs, rather than a mailer. On the other hand,
if you talk to the sysop of another Fido BBS they will often bring
in ScanRadio at your request. That's the way it is down here.
