I tried a Google search to answer that question aqnd could not come up with
a definitive answer.  I'm also at a disadvantage because DOS programs for
accessing the Internet that require packet drivers don't like the Windows
2000 packet driver I have loaded.  FTP07 simply quits when I try to run it
in a DOS box.

However, the Google search referred me to Charles Angelich's site,
http://www.undercover.com/dosghost.  Even though my assessment of Charles
is less than flattering, the links on his site do point to other options,
particularly ones on the English Demon sites.  I'd go do some exploration
if I were you.
