WD> Zone-2 was the first-one way prior to 2000 to introduce it in

erm... you need to go back a lot further and not simply discuss what Z2 did
with IP nodes... you need to go back and look at and discuss the
_precedent_ that Z2 set with ISDN (only) nodes... you guys started it and
set the precedent and now you want to deny it?? GMAFB...

WD> At the end of the IP-testing and after remarks of ZC3
 WD> these entries were removed.

and these remarks by that then Z3C were?? and they were reliably and
properly tested? and these tests were compatible with those made by the Z2
introduction of ISDN (only) nodes??

WD> Something like a year later they were re-introduced in Z1 by
WD> David Moufarrege on request by Bob Satti. The Z3-plea to please
WD> not do this was disregarded and remains so till this very day.

and the Z3 "plea" is/was different than the 91-1 country code and
city code of new dehli, india situation that Z1 has to deal with??? don't
you have coffee over there? can't you smell it ;)

WD> Congratulations for failing to co-operate which such a simple
WD> and clear request as the one by Malcolm.

ummhumm... and what happened to the Z2 ISDN stuff?? O:)
