And there is case after case where anyone with common sense would say "you

to be kidding!" and a cop has gotten away with something. And I find it quite 
ironic that you have such little faith in the justice system and the jury 
system (which is a constitutional right). Are you suggesting that the system 
is
flawed, and only a criminal trial presided by a judge is fair? (A judge who 
is 
a politician and obviously has a pro-cop bias... )
