        Java ..yeah to me that's sure suicide :)  I've worked on
        java projects and its not fun.  Much less for a web
        based application but for a bbs ...I'd have to go ahead
        and buy a case of aspirin a month :)  If hes going
        to the route of multi-threading and such god help him :)
