The only seat that can perhaps be related to a toilet and in that I mean 
where the center is missing or a depression exist is in a few women's models. 
I know that San Marco makes models of this kind that is suppose to relieve 
pressure for women in the frontal area where the pubis bone lies. I wonder if 
a saddle of this kind could be used to relieve pressure to prevent 
infertility in men. The difference I can see for this saddle is that it is 
made a little wider to accomadate women's wider hips. Also now that I 
remember there is a man's saddle Called the Flite which has a split down the 
middle which can perhaps alleviate pressure.
