Most Sysops are incompetant morons, NFSE.

Many of them don't know what a hold is, let alone a TOPT kludge line.

Hell, some of them don't know what a PATH line means... (I wish I'd saved
that message, the guy was obvious PhD in Nosepicking material :-)...
