Yes, this is a problem.  It would be a problem though even if everyone goes
with 000-0-0-0-0, because we would be removing the ip addresses from the
phone field and putting them in a field like an INA: field.

There is no easy way to fix the problems with the nodelist, sadly enough.

For the FD folks, a conversion utility will need to be written to grab the
internet info from the INA: field etc., and then rewrite the new nodelist
for them with the info they need in the phone field.

That's the best I can come up with at the moment...
