75, 110, 150, 300, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600,
or 115200; 300 is the default.

CS controls CTS, DS controls DSR, and CD controls CD. ... The default for
msec is 1000 for CS and DS, and 0 for CD.
