Can I use the same technique to catch tropical fishes?
I live in Panama, and there is a lot of rivers and beaches here.  I am not 
interested in salt water fishes, because they are more difficult to keep, but 
they a better looking though.  
What part of the river should I look for fish?  What time should I look?
What is a seine net?
