Only for FD. FD users are not the only only ones affected. This isn't about
FD, this is about users of legacy POTS mailers using a Telnet or Vmodem
shim.

Mu conversion utility is universal, it serves the users of ALL legacy POTS
mailers/shim combinations that need the IP address in field six.
