But not, unless things have changed, broadly available.  According to one
story (Inquirier?  Register?) the only way to get it is to call MS, tell
them the exact program you believe has been affected and, if it's on their
list, you get the patch.  If it isn't then you don't -- but you do get
billed for an incident.
