Hi Phil,

You need to call the REXXUTIL function SysCreateObject() once to
assign both the object id. and the setup string. This function is
poorly documented in REXX.INF, but Dick Goran's "REXX Reference Summary
Handbook" deals with it very comprehensively.

Thereafter, whenever you want to start the program use the REXXUTIL
function SysOpenObject().
