From: John Beckett Chris, With Catalyst switches, I would say the spanning-tree calculation is definitely the problem. I'm afraid I can't really help about fixing it! Could be interesting. I believe you need to turn "portfast" on. I know vaguely how to telnet to a Cisco product and hunt around, but exactly where portfast is, and whether you should worry about a logical cluster are topics in my future...
