You know that old saying, Glenn, that what's one man's chicken is another 
man's egg?  They can use the IBM functions Alt-Q to turn on quoting and Alt-C 
to copy, but I think what you want here is the ability to quote the entire 
message at one time, isn't it?  I think it's just a matter of them getting 
accustomed to it more than anything else.
I write my posts with timEd so I don't tie up the BBS when reading/replying 
to messages.  I haven't tried to use another editor with MAX, but the one 
thing I can tell you is that none of my callers have complained.  Half of 
them use OLRs and the other half reply/post while online, so in that respect, 
I suppose I'm lucky.
