How? Well, you look at all the pros and cons, compare it to previous
episodes, weigh up how entertaining it was, whether it all made sense and
if the questions raised were answered (remembering that some things may
not make full sense or be answered until later episodes), check how it all
fits with what has come in all the episodes and seasons before it, take
account of the acting was, whether or not the music and sound effects
fitted with what was happening, etc. ... then just make up any random
number between 0 and 10.   ;-)
