            What I'm doing is very similar.  I have a temperature controlle
oscillator connected to RI.  It's cycling at +-30 cpm and I was hoping to
be able to measure the time from one modem status interrupt to the next
more accurately than polling allows.

The hardware allows it and I'd have no problem implementing it in Dos.

I'm kinda miffed that it was left out of OS/2.  Where's that Bilow guy?  He
seems to be involved with OS/2 DD's.  I want to put a flea in his ear :-)
