        Actually, I HAVE run into that.  Did a program for a company that I 
trust and don't bother with security on (and they do some modifications to 
the 
program themselves, although not much as they're not programmers).  One of 
their sister companies in Texas saw it and was interested in it and I added 
security in so that the former could still make changes.  Zing!
        Like I said in my message to him ... depending on what he's got in 
mind, security may work fine for him or it may not.
