Having never had to do that (been running a dedicated IP address and domain
for over two years) I imagine you first locate someone who can do that for
you, you configure SIO and VMODEM to slave a com port to a telnet session.
You adjust your UUCP to dial the providers IP address and not a phone number
using the vmodem port and hope you connect. Once connected, move the data
back and forth.
If people want to setup feed arrangements for UUCP and such services of a
potentially commercial nature, my OS2FORSALE echo can be used to advertise
yourself and look for others wanting the same thing. It isn't appropriate in
this echo though.
