PART IV - TRANSCRIPT OF ACCIDENT.
This startes off with the AR-1 Controller asking the Colorado Springs,
Peterson Field Controller what the weather is at the Springs. Peterson
Field is joint use Military/Civilian field so the Controller calls him
GENERAL.
