You have however applied for and accepted Nodelisting. In the abscence of
any other Register of Members that could be held to be proof of your
Membership... As P4 includes provisions for applying itself to anyone in
the Nodelist, having "read and understood" could be considered
consent... Then again I'd wager that most of it would be red penned by a
Court if they tried it on...
