-> I just started getting this echo. I've never been taught how to ride
-> a horse, but have ridden bareback and was told then that I had a
-> natural seat. I
I really recommend riding lessons. The more I learn the more I enjoy
my horses and the more we can do and the safer I am while we do it.
Besides that with the right teacher they are fun.
-> Hughsville. Going to have my husband find out if a woman who works at
-> the same hospital he does who breeds Morgans knows someone local who
-> can teach me and one of my daughters to ride horses. We have hopes of
-> one day of having our own
You can also check at your local feed stores. They usually have a
bulletin board with things like that on it. Go and watch the teacher a
few times if you can to make sure that he/she is the kind of person you
can like and respect. There are some teachers that I think are entirely
to rough on both horse and rider. With the right teacher both you and
the horse feel good about yourselves.
-> horses. I've wanted one since I was a kid. I'ld love to get a
-> registered Paint.
I had dreamed about owning a horse since I was old enough to say horse
but had to wait till my kids were grown to get one. I'm not real
particular about breed, or color. I am particular about size though.
I don't like riding small horses. You can't put your leg on most of
them.
