That EPM v6 beta has been in criculation for years, in one form or another.

No 32-bit version of EPM has ever been released. All released versions,
including v5, are 16-bit code. Although v6 is 32-bit code, it seems to be
stuck in some sort of permanent beta state.

It's a lot of bugs in combination. Get this from me:
ATAPI.ZIP 66K 2-28-95* ATAPI OS/2 IDE CD-ROM Drivers. IBM OS/2 2.x / 3.x
IDE CD driver for IDE CDROM drives. See README.TXT
in ZIP file for INSTALL details.
This file applies only to Syslevel XR_0300 (original red box Warp), and is
already included in any other Syslevels. You can also achieve the same
goal by applying FixPack 10, which is supplied (as floppy images) on DevCon
9.
