-> Well, I guess he has enough toys!! The only thing I could suggest
-> would be lots more turnout and lots more work.
He is turned out for 3 to 5 hours daily and since my wrist is feeling
better than it has in over a year he is going to be getting lots more
work.
-> Well, as they say...those hot-blooded Arabs (g)! Although I've known
-> some who were so quiet and laid back you wouldn't believe it. And,
-> I'm not so
I'm not convinced that its the Arabs fault. He has the owner who is as
consistent as the wind.
-> Actually, there was an article in Equus or PH or somewhere that
-> stated that just maybe horses DO learn from watching other
-> horses...good and bad stuff. I think Fiddle learned a lot from
-> watching me work Thistle when she was very young. Shiloh did not
-> chew wood when she got here...now, from watching Miss Fiddle, I
-> think, she does. Oh, joy!
I taught Imbri to come, she taught Smokey and Diva. They taught the
Arab and Qh across from us, etc. I'm convinced that they teach each
other a lot of things. In a group of horses the size we have at the
boarders barn you can really see it.
