I can't agree with you on this.  My ballot came inside my
American Rifleman, clearly marked as the NRA Election issue.
Besides the removable ballot & envelope, 4-5 pages were devoted
to the candidates and their bio's.  I'll admit that the bio's
generally didn't give you a good feel on where they stood on
various issue, just more of the been there, done this, history.
I can't buy the didn't know about the election excuse for not
voting.                         JR
