Indeed it is. And frustrating to someone like me who can't afford
to upgrade past my present 486.

People tell me how they can buy used Pentiums for $50 in their
home town... well, I ain't there, and for that matter after the
essential bills are paid I ain't got $50 to spare either.

Exactly!

Although in the case of an employee, the boss does have some
power to tell him what he should be doing. That's one of the
privileges of being the boss.

But for someone who is no more than a casual echopal to say you
should do this or that... well, really!
