That one plant is purely a trial plant, part of the trials being  
to establish the rate of renewal growth for harvesting that'll be  
needed.  It's arguable at the moment if the trials will reach  
completion stage though - there's been a financial dispute  
between the two partner businesses involved with the plant.  The  
signs are that one of the outfits has pulled out of the deal.
