I'm having trouble getting an external editor to work. Is there more to
this then the lines in Max.ctl and access.ctl? It works fine locally,
but callers can take no actions after they enter it.

Alternatively, is there some way to get the entire message quoted when
doing a reply? (This is what I wanted the external editor for. The
CTRL + KR route is just too big a hassle - even for those familiar
with it).
