Subject: The Companion Roll Call

I just saw the Sarah Jane adventure, Death Of The Doctor, and found myslf 
curious about the roll call of companions who were mentioned at the end. 
I can understand why companions like Adric, Turlough, and Bernice weren't
mentioned-- even Peri-- but when SJ said there was a Dorothy something 
running a charity it took me a moment to know that she meant Ace. That 
was strange enough, but since she also mentioned the Chestertons still 
being alive, I wondered what about the only other human companion of the 
Doctor that didn't get mentioned, Dodo-- Dorothea Chaplet. She was around 
with both Ben & Polly, who also were mentioned, but how is it Dodo gets
no mention?
