I was involved in the COPS!  episode where the Metro Nasdhville Police 
Officers were trying to stop a train to avoid a grade crossing accident with 
a trasin stuck on the tracks. I was astonoshed "not knowing of COPS!AT THE 
TIME when a TV camera and light stuck out of cruiser. When shown there was a 
moment where you saw my vehicle, a dk blue Bronco II, but no more.
This wass the episode where they trid to use a helicopter to stop train and 
placed a police car on tracks to stop train with blue lights.
They would have lost one police car if efforts to stop train via railroad 
radio freqs had not suceeded. There IS a procedure to stop a train that is 
taught by our officers many times in both basic and inservice updates, 
officers with tracks in jurisdiction should be aware of emergency rr contact 
numbers and safety procedures. There is no grade crossing collision that 
occurs on public property, wxceprion might be public transit on publicly owne
