In an ideal world, IMHO, it would be your nearby coordinator that should
handle this, but unfortunately that is far from always the case.

The way I went about finding out who was responsible for my part of
fidonet, was simply to 'dig' for n20.z2.fidonet.net (region 20, zone 2).
That way I found out, that it was actually my uplink that handled it. :)

In your case, a 'dig' for n153.z1.fidonet.net resulted in the domain
rocasa.org. A 'whois' on that domain showed 'rjclay' as contact. So I guess
it's Robert Clay at 1:120/586 that you should contact.
